Created LearnWare from mapping to production of Lotus Learning based knowledge material
for 12 week modules for both the Relationship Marketing and Marketing Modules. These are
Multi Media and contain video, hyperlinks, multiple choice self-assessment questions, choice of
learning style etc. As such they can be used in a variety of different delivery modes.
Served as one of the lead academics on the Surrey accreditation committee for the application
and meetings for AACSB membership (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business)
Founder and Research Director of the Thomas Cook Research Centre which functioned 2 years at The University of Surrey and brought in approximately £60,000.
Lead organiser for the Know How Fund project in Bulgaria. Running from 1994 to 1997 controlling £65,000 expenditure for the University.
