IBC “One-to-One Resume Guidance” Appointment System has been officially launched.

We usually present resumes when looking for internships and job opportunities.

A resume is a stepping-stone to seize the opportunity to interview. But do you know? HR specialists of large-sized enterprises glance at every resume for only five seconds. To this end, designing “impressive” resume and taking advantage of “primary effect” are top priorities for every job seeker.

There is a lot of tips in designing resume with the size of an A4 paper. For example, you are not advised to describe yourself as a job seeker for all positions. If so, you will probably not win out in job-seeking competition. Let your resume tell HR that you are ideal option. Your resume should be limited at most a page size. Work experience should not be explained in the form of paragraphs. Verb phrases should be adopted as many as possible to make language vivid and powerful. HR specialists prefer to meeting few candidates into the interview stage. Any other irrelevant information in your resume should not be contained so as not to affect recruiters’ good impression on you…
