Observe disciplines and obey laws, have good conduct, be a model of virtue for students and be in good health.

1. For the applicant having a doctoral degree or a associate senior professional technical title, the age shall be generally no more than 40 years old, or if having a senior professional technical title, the age is generally no more than 45 years old, or if qualified as doctoral supervisor, the age is generally no more than 50 years old.

2. Full-time Bachelor degree, master degree and PhD shall be obtained from well-known domestic and overseas universities; Master degree won’t be necessary if the applicant was graduated from master-doctor continuous study program or bachelor-straight-to-doctorate program.

Fresh graduates shall meet the following conditions:

1. Have good language competence and logical thinking ability, suitable for teaching profession;

2. Have strong scientific research ability, published high-quality academic papers and participated in the projects of National Social Science Foundation, Natural Science Foundation of China or Humanities & Social Science Research of Ministry of Education as a key member (proof materials are required), with high level of doctoral dissertation;

3. Have a high level of foreign language or study abroad (or cooperative research) for one consecutive year.

The teachers transferred from colleges & universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises shall meet the following conditions:

1. Have rich teaching experience and high level of teaching ability;

2. Have strong scientific research ability and high-quality scientific research achievements and meet the requirements for scientific research achievements for DUFE associate professor, professor or doctoral supervisor;

3. Have a high level of foreign language, the applicant with one year’s experience of studying abroad or being a visiting scholar is preferred;

4. Pass the probation appraisal (One semester as usual).

Special requirements:

1. In order to improve the learning-origin structure of teachers, DUFE will not recruit the PhD graduates graduated from DUFE in principle.Or, in addition to meeting basic requirements, education qualifications, teaching & research requirements, the applicant shall also be urgently needed for the subject (specialty) and appraised  as exceptionally excellent.

2. The PhD graduates graduated from other universities, if not meeting the requirements on bachelor and master degree, in addition to meeting basic requirements and teaching & research requirements, shall also meet the following requirements:

1) Got doctoral degree from a well-known university either at home or abroad (one of 985 Project Universities is a must if graduated from a domestic university), the result of PhD dissertation is “Excellent”;

2) Published 2 academic papers in A-level and above publications during the period of studying for doctoral degree, in case of science and engineering specialty, at least one paper is published in a SCI journal;

3) Have overseas joint training or cooperative research experience during the period of studying for doctoral degree.
