The International Business College of Dongbei University of Finance & Economics offers master programs in accounting (CPA Australia) and finance (financial analyst).To meet the needs of postgraduate education development, and strengthen the construction of the postgraduate tutor team, the college thoroughly implements a “double-tutor” system for master programs by inviting part-time teachers to teach required courses (as part of the graduation evaluation). We hope to work with part-time teachers and integrate enterprise resources with resources from the alumni to expand students’ perspective and broaden their career development path, so as to effectively improve their practical competence and employment competitiveness. Also, we hope to contribute to part time teachers’ personal development as well, to help them expand their talent pool, and build a mutually beneficial exchange and cooperation platform between the college and enterprises.

By April 2017, the college had hired more than 50 part-time postgraduate tutors of accounting (CPA Australia) and finance (financial analyst). Some of the tutors are Australian CPA holders, some are CFA holders, and most of them are senior managers from well-known securities companies, investment companies, banks, accountant firms or Fortune 500 companies.
